Well, learning how to trade items in Sons of the Forest is not that easy. It will take you quite some time to figure it out on your own, which is why we are here to help you. Here are the steps you need to follow:
- First, decide which of your friends you are going to trade with.
- Now you and your friend will need to meet face to face.
- You will see a tooltip with an “E”button on both screens.
- Then you both need to hold the “E”key together.
- Now left click to drag an item and trade it with a friend.
However, keep in mind that you will only be able to trade certain items, such as processed food and medical supplies. At the moment, the exchange of most types of food, weapons and valuable items in Sons of the Forest is not possible.
