Hogwarts Legacy has a lot of magical and unique game mechanics for players to think about. One of these gameplay elements includes wand pens, which are a type of collectible cosmetic item. As the name suggests, you can purchase a variety of wand handles to customize the look of your wands. All Hogwarts Legacy wand handle locations – how to get them
A total of 42 wand handles can be purchased or obtained from Hogwarts Legacy. Being one of the main collectibles, you can’t miss any wand handle in the game. In addition to the five wand pens, you can find all the wand pens scattered throughout the magical world. Speaking of unmissable wand handles, you must complete the required main quests and side quests to get them. While the rest of the Wand handles you can find in treasure chests or collections in the vast open world.
So, here are all five wand handles that you can get by completing the main and side quests:
- Avian (Grey): Complete the Flying Off the Shelves quest to receive it as a reward.
- Round (Purple): Complete the Gods of Gobstones side quest to receive it as a reward.
- Arrow (black): Complete the Brother’s Keeper side quest to receive this wand handle as a reward. In addition, it can also be found in the closed section of the library.
- Column (beige): Complete the E-Vase-Ive Manoevre side quest to get this wand handle as a reward.
- Checkerboard (Brown): Randomly dropped when defeating an Absconder enemy.

As mentioned earlier, you should look for the rest in Treasure Chests or Collections. You can use the Revelio spell to reveal all hidden small and large chests in different regions. But since these items are found randomly, you will have to collect every collection chest until you find them all. You can find these chests in bandit camps and various settlements.
In addition to this, you can also open your map to track collection chests in a specific region. You can keep track of the number of chests you have collected. These chests are also highlighted with white chest icons when they are nearby. Also, be sure to follow the butterflies to discover and open the butterfly chests. But these chests mostly reward you with Conjuration spells, we suggest focusing on Collection chests.
