Vitamins Part 1 is one of the easiest Skier quests in Escape From Tarkov. The entire quest involves finding and recovering certain items. Moreover, you will need two keys to restore these items. How to make vitamins, part 1, quest in Escape From Tarkov
To complete the quest “Vitamins. Part 1″in “Escape from Tarkov”, you need to take three containers of chemicals and give them to the Skier.
First chemical container
The first chemical container is in the Shoreline area. To get this container, head to the resort and enter the west wing. Then go to room number 112. Open the door to this room and find the refrigerator to the left of the entrance. In this refrigerator you will find the first chemical container.
Second chemical container
The second chemical container is located in the junction area. You can get this container from the Mantis store located in the center of the mall. As soon as you enter the store, go to the right corner and you will notice a lot of makeshift hospital beds. You will find the container in the last section on the right in a metal crate.
Third chemical container
The third chemical container is located at the junction itself. Once you get the second one, go out into the hallway and enter the store called Emercom on your left. In this store, go to the central area and find the same box as the last one. In this box you will find a container.
How to Get Vitamin Keys Part 1 at EFT
To enter room 112 and the ambulance store, you will need two separate keys. Here’s how to get them:
- Key to room 112

- Yellow bus on the beach.
- Key of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

- Customs wrecked ambulance

- 3 × Holosun HS401G5 reflex sight
- 2 × Trijicon SRS-02 reflex sight
