The EFT is filled with several quests that not only help you progress through the story, but also improve the traders. One of them is given by the Skier, who can trade tons of deadly weapons and other items. His quest is known as “Informed Means Are Armed”where you will need to complete some tasks in order to get rewards in Escape from Tarkov. Informed Means Armed Skier Escape From Tarkov Quest Guide
In Escape from Tarkov, to complete the Informed Means Are Armed quest, you will need to install 3 WI-FI cameras in 3 different locations. The cameras can be bought from Mechanic LL1 for 311 euros each. But before you do that, you need to be at least level 24 to start the next quest. If you already have, then here are the locations where you need to put cameras.
- At the sniper checkpoint at customs to watch the road to the port
- At the sawmill pier in the forest to look at the sawmill dock.
- On the 1st floor of the Ultra Mall at the roundabout to look at the entrance to the Kiba Arms store.

Customs

In Customs, the player will have to set up a camera at the Sniper Checkpoint in order to follow the road to the port. Here, the key to completing the task is to simply place the camera in the bushes. The bushes are located next to the blue containers. For a better idea, check out the image attached above.

In the forest, just go to the sawmill and near the pier you will find a bunch of wooden planks. Go ahead and set the camera on a bunch of planks and it will help. For a better view, check the spot marked in the image above.

Last but not least, on Interchange, the player will need to install a security camera on the 1st floor of the Ultra Mall. The exact location will be on a box in the Brutal store facing the Kiba Arms store entrance. Before heading there, make sure you’re ready to face Killa. This is because there is a chance that players may encounter it.
Once the installation is complete, the Informed Means Armed Skier quest will be marked as completed in Escape from Tarkov. However, there are some points that you should keep in mind. For example, to complete the installation of the camera, you will need to properly hide it for 20 seconds. Which leaves you vulnerable to any attacks for that time. It’s another matter to carry 1 camera with you instead of risking losing all 3. Since the locations are on 3 different maps, you only need to complete 1 installation in one raid.
