- First, head to the Incubation Lab – the location of the wrench in RE4 Remake. The lab is located directly south of the lockdown terminal.
- Once here, you will see four large regenerator pods. Walk past them and enter the next room.
- Take the biosensor scope from the table and return to the lab.
- Now put a scope on your weapon and scan the sleeping Regneradors in each pod.
- You will notice that one of them has a wrench stuck in his stomach.
- Shoot the capsule with the wrench. The glass will break and the Regenerator will wake up and chase you.
