In order to get infinite ammo in Resident Evil 4, you need to unlock the Cat Ears accessory. To do this, you will need to complete the game in professional mode with an S+ rank. In doing so, you will need to complete 2 playthroughs of RE4 Remake. You seem to be a little confused there. You must be wondering why 2 playthroughs, right? Well, the first is to unlock pro mode, and the second is to earn an S+ rank in it. Also, keep in mind that it should be “New Game”and not “New Game+”when you go through pro mode.

After you complete RE4 Remake with an S+ rank on Professional difficulty, head to the DLC store to purchase Cat Ears for 2000 CP. Also, equip it before starting a new game to get infinite ammo for your weapons in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Another important thing to note is that cat ears are not applicable to the bolt gun and rocket launcher.
How to get unlimited ammo for the Chicago Sweeper and Handcannon
Unfortunately, the Cat Ear accessory does not work with the Chicago Sweeper and Handcannon. Although there is another way to get infinite ammo for this weapon in Resident Evil 4 Remake. You just need to fully level up both of these weapons to their exclusive upgrade. After that, the ammo for both of these weapons will never run out.
How to get infinite rocket launcher ammo in RE4 Remake

To do this, enter the New Game Plus mode and start Chapter 2. In this case, you need to visit the merchant after receiving your equipment back.
