Requirements to unlock the Archon quest

  • Reach Adventure Rank 35 or higher
  • Complete Chapter III: Act 5. Archon’s Quest: Ripple Akasha, Ascend Kalpa’s Flame.
  • If you are a new player, complete the Archon quests in the Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Abyss, and finally Sumeru regions.

Destined meeting

  • Travel to Port Ormos and talk to Mazur, who will tell you about a stranger who abused a loophole in the postal system. You will receive a letter with the aroma of wine.
  • Go to the Jafar tavern and wait for the morning.
  • Dinsleif will also appear during this conversation. Follow Dainsleif to the Avidya Forest.
  • You will find yourself in the house, examine the contents there and continue the conversation with Dinsleif.
  • After hearing the noise, go outside to defeat the slimes.
  • Sitting by the fire, talk to Paimon.

Fortune Mocking Pedigree

  • After waking up, find Paimon in the house, a strange man named Eide will ask about your motives for being there.
  • With a little pressure on it, he will show you a hilichurl lying on a bed against the wall. There will be a discussion with Eide, who will tell you that he is from Haneria and some of the history of Haneria. He will tell you about the Hilichurl, who is his son Caribert.
  • Requirement: Two Kalpalat lotuses and Sumeru roses in your inventory to craft the Nameless Royal Court Medicine Taboo at Eide’s request.
  • Watch Eide Worship the Staue of the Seven and in which you have to give a dose of Hilichuru medicine.
  • Bring water from the waterfall to Eida, as he creates the special fertilizer needed for the strange fungus. There will be monsters that are attracted by a strange mushroom.

  • Explore the cave and find 3 keys to open the upside down chamber.
  • Once you open it, slide down and keep moving forward until you meet a Luck Lecturer (Cryo Abyss Lecturer).
  • After defeating him, keep moving forward until you reach a large open area, you will be interrupted by a cut-scene.
  • You will come across a giant purple crystal hanging from the ceiling. A mysterious voice will speak to the traveler.
  • Leave the cave with Eide and return to the house where the medicine will take effect and Karibert will be able to recognize his father. Eide will return to the cave to thank the mysterious voice that healed his son. Achievement unlocked: The Other Side of Destiny.

Foretold fate

  • Follow Eide and enter the shrine again. There will be small enemies like slimes.
  • The purple crystal has disappeared. You leave and return to the house again with Eide, but Karibert is missing. The broken mirror is on the table.
  • While looking for Caribert, you will stumble upon his abandoned scarf, and ahead you will find some junglers. Disagreements arise between Eide and the Rangers.
  • Finally, you find Caribert on the edge of a cliff. A cut-scene begins, after which the traveler loses consciousness.
  • After regaining consciousness in a small house, a discussion takes place with Eide, revealing many elements of the game’s story.
  • After the cutscene, Paimon and Dinsleif will wake you up. You tell him what happened and then part ways.
