Barbarian armory system in Diablo 4 (explained)

As Diablo 4’s manager shared that “classes won’t always be balanced,”several players have taken to playing the barbarian class. Besides the fact that the Arsenal system is incredibly strong, this is another reason to choose the Barbarian class. This is a feature unique and exclusive only to the barbarian classes. Once unlocked, it allows you to wield four weapons at the same time. But some Diablo IV players don’t understand this game mechanic and how it works. So, check out our guide that explains everything there is to know about the Barbarian armory system in Diablo 4.

What is the barbarian armory system in Diablo 4?

The armory system in Diablo 4 allows the barbarian classes to wield four different types of weapons at the same time. This includes equipping two one-handed two-handed weapons, one two-handed blunt weapon, and one two-handed slashing weapon. But before you can wield the four weapons for your barbarian class, you must unlock this feature.

How to unlock the Arsenal system

You can automatically unlock the arsenal system for barbarian classes by reaching level 5 in Diablo IV. After you unlock the Barbarian Arsenal system, press the Shift + C button to open the Mastery tab. You can choose weapon types and their bonuses. In addition, you can also check the four weapon slots in your inventory. For an increase and more bonuses, you can increase the level of slot weapons.

After upgrading this weapon to the maximum rank of 10, you will receive additional bonuses and power for that particular weapon. We encourage players to level up their weapons to get these passive buffs and bonuses. When you get a new and better weapon type, the Arsenal system will automatically switch your weapons. But if you’re confused about switching weapons, check out our guide on how to switch weapons.

You can also unlock the Vehicle slot for the Arsenal system by completing the quest chain at level 15. You can find this quest chain in the Dry Steppes region. But since this region is not available in the beta, you cannot unlock the Technique slot at the moment. However, we will update this guide as soon as this area becomes available to everyone.
