You can find the Ashava boss located in the Crucible Zone in the Shattered Peaks region in Diablo 4. The Crucible Zone is located to the west of the Kyovashad region. It is worth noting that this region is a level 25+ zone. When you head to this region, a marker will appear half an hour before the Ashava boss spawns. As a world boss, Ashava only appears for a certain period of time. Although Blizzard announced the time of the World Boss earlier, they changed the spawn time due to a DST bug. Due to the fact that the Sanctuary does not have daylight saving time, Blizard has changed the time of the world bosses.
So, here are the timings of the world bosses for the open beta:
- March 24: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 11:00 PM PT
- March 25: 1:00 AM PT

Once the world boss spawns, he will spawn in the middle of the Crucible zone. Ashava will not hold back and attack you directly. But since this boss doesn’t have any immunity effect, you can use a couple of Poison Elixirs to damage her.
Here are some tips and tricks to keep in mind to defeat the Ashava boss in Diablo 4:
- You can invite your friends or other clan members to help you defeat this world boss. But keep in mind that only 12 players can spawn in one zone during a boss fight.
- With more friends in your group, you can buff your allies as they will all be at max level.
- When fighting Ashava, keep your distance and constantly look for a loophole.
- You need to be patient and analyze her attacks before attacking her.
- She can also land a couple of AoE attacks that can be telegraphed with a circle.
- So, keep moving and dodging her incoming attacks while using various abilities to damage her.
- We recommend that you do not fight Ashava’s boss from the front, as she can lunge. This can deal a devastating blow to your health bar.
- Note that you must defeat Ashava before the time runs out. You can find this timer on the right side of the screen.
After defeating the world boss Ashava in Diablo IV, you will receive several rewards, including legendary equipment. Therefore, be sure to defeat this boss before the end of the beta phase.
