Zelda Tears of the Kingdom: How to Utilize Zonai Charge
Zonai Charges are used in the following way in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Energy Cells Being Charged
Zonai Charges are mostly used to charge Energy Cells. Just so you know, the Zonai Devices you see all over the map are powered by Energy Cells. Thus, in Tears of the Kingdom, perform the following actions to charge the Energy Cells with the Zonai Charge:
- Open the Materials tab in your inventory.
- Click the Usage button after selecting the Zonai Charge.
- It will also recharge your energy cells.
To see how much the Energy Cells have charged, you can also glance at the indication below. It will enable you to recharge the Energy Cells in the proper manner using Zonai Charges.
Equipment Dispenser
Moreover, you can purchase items from the Device Dispensers using the Zonai Charge. Dispensers can be located all over the map and are difficult to miss. When Link arrives to the Great Sky Isle, he discovers the first Device Dispenser. Follow these steps to take the device from the dispenser:
- Just go in the direction of the front bowl.
- Open your inventory now, and under the Materials Tab, choose Zonai Charge.
- From there, hold some Zonai Charge (maximum 5 can be held).
- Press “A” to insert the Zonai Charge into the Device Dispenser while standing close to the bowl.
- The Device Dispenser will then release a number of device capsules.
Each object that has fallen to the ground can now be picked up and put in your inventory.
In Tears of the Kingdom, How to Obtain Zonai Charges
In Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you can obtain Zonai Charges through one of two techniques. See below to learn about such techniques.
- Zonaite
- In the early stages of the game, the Great Sky Isle is home to zonaites, a particular kind of ore. In Tears of the Kingdom, you can bring it to a Forge and refine or process it to get either a Zonai Charge or a Crystallized Charge.
- Constructs
- In the early stages of the game, you will run into enemies called constructs. When killed, they drop Zonite Charges. Do not be alarmed; they are not particularly strong and are easily overcome.
