In Tears of the Kingdom (TOTK), go to the Great Abandoned Central Mine in Great Plateau North Chasm to activate Autobuild. You can accomplish that by either finishing the optional Mystery in the Depths quest. If you finish the Regional Phenomena job and the Camera Work in the Depths quest, that becomes available.   2. After entering, move toward the northwest and search for the Huge Abandoned Central Mine.
