PureKFD updates bring bug fixes, stability, and improvements to the platform

PureKFD, a package manager-like app that works with both Misaka and Picasso repositories to offer add-ons compatible with the MacDirtyCow and kfd exploits received a couple of updates over the weekend that might be of interest to users.

PureKFD versions 3.2 and 3.3 released.

The first update to PureKFD, dubbed version 3.2, brings the following changes:

– Fixed Picasso packages
– Added log sharing

The second update to PureKFD came in the form of version 3.3, and introduces the following changes:

– It’s really really reliable/stable
– Removed auto respring

We originally showed you PureKFD just last week, and the project has been under rapid development. Nevertheless, it’s an excellent one-stop-shop for all your device customization needs.

By taking advantage of both the MacDirtyCow and kfd exploits for iOS & iPadOS 15.0-16.1.2 & 16.0-16.6 beta 1 respectively, users of even the latest handsets without a jailbreak are able to customize their handsets as long as they’re running a compatible firmware.

Many of those add-ons have the force and effect of jailbreak tweaks despite the fact that you won’t be jailbroken while using them.

For those wondering how they can install and take advantage of PureKFD, we have tutorials coming out this week that will showcase the process in detail.
