Moto G51 5G price leaked ahead of expected Asian launch

Motorola is expected to introduce the Moto G51 5G to the Asian market in December. The device was launched worldwide a couple of weeks ago alongside the Moto G31, G41 and G71. Yesterday, a report said that the Moto G51 5G will be launched in India as the first phone with Snapdragon 480 Plus processor. The new report now lists prices for the Moto G51 5G.

Moto G51 5G Price

The Moto G51 5G is expected to cost less than $270, according to a report from 91mobiles. The report also states that it will most likely cost $270. The phone will be launched in Indigo Blue and Bright Silver colors. Worldwide, the price of the device is 229.99 euros, which is about $260.

Characteristics and features

The Moto G51 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G chipset, which is also one of its key features. The Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G is a gradual upgrade of the existing Snapdragon 480 and is built on an 8nm process. In addition, the device features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory.

The Moto G51 5G features a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. Selfies and video calls are handled by the 13MP camera on the front. The G51 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery and 10W charging support, which seems like a bit of a disappointment for a phone that’s expected to cost around $270.

As for other features, there’s a dedicated Google Assistant button, 3.5mm audio port, USB Type-C charging port, IP52 water and dust resistance, Dolby Atmos, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

In addition, the Moot G200 is expected to be launched soon.
