Xiaomi is launching a new premium smartphone later this month. The company has confirmed the launch of Xiaomi 11T Pro on January 19th. Sub-brand Xiaomi Redmi is also working on the launch of a new device. The company has released a new teaser confirming the launch of the new Note series smartphone. Based on the teasers, it’s safe to assume that the rumored Redmi Note 11 is coming soon.

Redmi Note 11S launch announced
Sub-brand Xiaomi Redmi will launch Note 11S very soon. The company has not yet confirmed the exact launch date of the budget smartphone. According to the teaser, the phone will have a purple color. It also teases a rectangular camera module that has a sensor layout similar to the Redmi Note 11 Pro series. The phone may come with a triple camera on the back with LED flash and a dummy cutout for a symmetrical look.
The device is rumored to have a 108MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. Other specifications of the device have also surfaced online. It will come in multiple storage options. According to the FCC listing, the phone will have 6GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB storage options.
The upcoming Redmi Note series smartphone will boot Xiaomi’s MIUI 13 on top of Android 12 out of the box. It is also expected to be equipped with a MediaTek processor. It will likely feature a 5G chip, which could be the Dimensity 810. The phone will support a high refresh rate panel. It is not yet known whether the device will be equipped with an AMOLED display or an LCD display. It will have a notch at the top center like other Redmi Note phones. This cutout will house a 13-megapixel front camera.
