Moto G71 5G with Snapdragon 695 5G SoC, 6.4″ AMOLED Display Launched via Flipkart: Price, Specs

Motorola has launched its new G-series phone, the Moto G71 5G, on the market. Moto G71 appeared on the world markets a couple of months ago. This is the first Snapdragon 695 powered phone.

The Moot G71 5G features a large OLED display, a 50MP camera, and a 5000mAh battery. Let’s take a closer look at the price, specifications and features of the Moto G71 5G.

The Moto G71 5G only comes in one memory configuration – 6GB + 128GB. It costs $256 and will go on sale January 19 via Flipkart.

The Moto G71 features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a pixel density of 409 ppi and a 20:9 aspect ratio. This is a standard display with a refresh rate of 60Hz that supports up to 700 nits of brightness. The device houses the front shooter inside a punch-hole notch, which helps it achieve a screen-to-body ratio of around 88.8%.

The Moto G71 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. The Snapdragon 695 is built on a 6nm process and is paired with an Adreno 619 GPU. The phones offer 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. Motorola is also giving users the option to expand storage with a micro-SD card slot.

Moving on to the cameras, the Moto G71 boasts a triple rear camera and an LED flash. The main sensor of the G71 is a 50-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture and Quad Pixel technology. It also has an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens with a 118-degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture. There is also an f/2.4 macro camera. For selfies, there is a 16-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Moto G71 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging. It offers a Type-C charging port, a 3.5mm audio jack, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, and a dedicated Google Assistant button. The phone boots Android 11. Motorola will update the G71 to Android 12 and will also release quarterly security updates for two years.

Moto G71 will be sold in two color options – Neptune Green and Arctic Blue. The phone measures 161.19 x 73.87 x 8.49mm and weighs 179 grams. It comes with support for 13 5G bands – n1, n3, n5, n7, n8, n20, n28, n38, n40, n41, n66, n77 and n78. Other connectivity options include 4G, Dual Sim, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS.
