PUBG Mobile x League of Legends Crossover Unveiled: Themed Event Linked to New Netflix Show – Arcane

PUBG Mobile recently teased a crossover event on their social media that seems to hint at a League of Legends themed event, specifically related to the upcoming League of Legends Netflix show Arcane. The promotional image doesn’t reveal much, but the silhouettes in the photo seem to fit perfectly with the 4 League of Legends character present in Arcane.

While it’s still unconfirmed, fans were able to quickly add one and two together and speculate that this is a new PUBG Mobile event that brings a little League of Legends flavor to the game. What exactly this event is remains to be seen – the angle of the invasion seems appropriate, since that is how the post is framing it.

The League of Legends – Arcane show, which explores the origins of iconic legends, is slated to release on Netflix on November 6, 2021, so it only makes sense to scale up from a marketing standpoint. PUBG Mobile is no stranger to big crossovers, but the League of Legends collaboration is very similar to the gaming equivalent close to Hulk Hogan and Macho Randy Savage forming Mega Powers.

League of Legends continues to grow in popularity despite stiff competition from other competitive MOBAs and the rise of the battle royale genre, and the future of PUBG Mobile looks as bright as ever. PUBG Mobile fans will soon be able to experience the next step in the game’s evolution with New State, a brand new offering from Krafton that brings improvements across the board in terms of both graphics and gameplay.

League of Legends has also recently taken an interest in the mobile platform with the release of Wild Rift last year, which turned out to be a huge success for Riot Games.
