PUBG New State: Final Technical Test Dates Announced, Invitation Open to All Second Alpha Test Participants

PUBG New State finally has a confirmed release date of November 11, 2021, but before the game launches, Krafton have announced their plans for a final two-day tech test at the end of October. The technical test will help the developers fix the latest flaws in the game so that the launch is as smooth as possible.

Considering this is one of the biggest releases of the year, Krafton would like to play it safe and make sure everything is in order before PUBG New State is finally released. The technical test will last over two days from 29 October 4:00 (UTC+0) to 30 October 14:00 (UTC+0).

New PUBG State Technical Test Set for End of October

The technical test will be open to all players who participated in the second alpha test that took place earlier this year. The test will be available in some regions such as Asia, Mena and Türkiye:

ASIA:

  • Cambodia
  • Hong Kong
  • Indonesia
  • Japan
  • Laos
  • Macau
  • Malaysia
  • Maldives

  • Philippines
  • Singapore
  • South Korea
  • Sri Lanka
  • Chinese Taipei
  • Thailand

For this tech test, players will be able to choose between TROI and Erangel for the battle royale. Krafton also reiterates that the tech test may offer content that will be different from what will eventually be available in PUBG New State once it launches.

Minimum requirements for the technical test

iOS – iOS 13.0, Device – iPhone 6s

Android – Android 6.0 OS, Memory – 2 GB RAM

It’s also worth noting that Krafton has allowed players to stream and create content as part of the Technical Test, meaning there’s a lot of PUBG New State material and content coming soon. The game is sure to be a huge event considering the success of PUBG Mobile and the amount of hype around the new release.

Players can expect a lot of fresh elements in the New State, and not just a reworked skin of an old game, which is always an exciting thing to do.
