Realme GT 2 appears on Geekbench with Snapdragon 888 SoC and 12GB of RAM

Realme is ready to launch the upcoming Realme GT 2 series devices in China on January 4th. The vanilla Realme GT 2 has previously been spotted on NBTC and EEC certification sites. Ahead of the launch of the Realme GT 2 with model number RMX3310 has now been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database. The list of tests shows that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. Let’s get into the details

Realme GT with Snapdragon 888 appears on Geekbench 5!

The upcoming Realme GT 2 has hit the Geekbench benchmark database with model number RMX3310. In the single-core test, the device scored about 1136 points. Whereas in the multi-core test on the Geekbench 5 test, the score was 3381 points. The Geekbench listing shows the presence of an octa-core processor codenamed Lahaina and a 1+3+4 core configuration. Based on this, it looks like the upcoming Realme GT will be powered by the latest generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.

Furthermore, the listing also indicates that Realme will offer the device in a 12GB RAM configuration. However, you can expect the company to release it with other memory options as well. The phone is confirmed to boot Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top.

The RMX3310 was previously spotted on TENAA which revealed some of the key specs of the upcoming flagship device. According to the listing, the phone will come with a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. The display panel will also house an optical fingerprint scanner.

The GT 2 may come with a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP main camera, an 8MP shooter (probably an ultra wide-angle lens), and a 2MP camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The device will be powered by a 2440 mAh dual-cell battery.
