Epic Games Store is offering Windbound as a free game this week

The Epic Games Store is giving away Windound, a fantastic survival RPG with a fantastic art style. Windbound will be available for free for a week on the Epic Games Store.

Windbound is developed by Deep Silver and published by 5 Lives Studios. The game places players on an uncharted island where they must explore, adapt and navigate through land and dangerous seas to stay alive.

Players take control of Kara, a warrior torn from his tribe, tossed from his boat and thrown at the mercy of stormy waters. Windbound has many mechanics that combine survival gameplay with combat and movement, including sliding. The immersive art style of the game is always a major factor in the game’s favor, perfectly complementing the gameplay.
