Official announcement of Vivo Y75 in India; Full specs leaked ahead of launch

Vivo India seems to be gearing up to launch a new Y-series phone – the Vivo Y75 in the Indian market. The brand has started sharing teasers for the launch of the Vivo Y75. However, the brand has yet to give a launch date for the upcoming launch. According to the report, the device could be launched in the country on May 22. Ahead of the launch, leaker Paras Gouglani has revealed the detailed specs of the upcoming Vivo Y75 4G.

According to the leak, the upcoming Vivo Y75 will be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G96 processor and a 4050mAh battery. The phone will offer an AMOLED display and a 50MP camera. Let us consider in more detail the technical characteristics and capabilities of the device.

Specifications and features of Vivo Y75

A leaked poster suggests that the Vivo Y75 will offer a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Under the hood, it will have a MediaTek Helio G96 octa-core processor and a Mali G57 GPU. The phone will ship in an 8GB + 128GB configuration. Users will have the option to expand storage up to 1TB using a micro-SD card slot.

The device will feature a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 2MP super macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, a 44-megapixel camera with f / 2.0 aperture will be used.

Vivo Y75 will be equipped with a 4050 mAh battery and support for 44W FlashCharge fast charging. It will use the Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The device will ship with FunTouchOS 12 based on Android 11.

Vivo Y75 will be sold in two color options – Moonlight Shadow and Dancing Waves. The phone will weigh around 172 grams and measure around 160.87 x 74.28 x ~7.4mm. It will have a flat frame.
