The PUBG New State Mobile 0.9.24 update contains Survivor Pass Vol.4 and its main character is Doug Bikerway from Mayhem. Completing these story missions in the Survivor Pass will allow players to unlock costumes and character skins for free.
The Premium Survivor Pass unlocks the Imperial Guard Outfit Pack. Purchasing the Premium Plus Pass will allow players to instantly receive the “best”rewards. Reaching a certain pass level after purchasing the Premium Pass will result in the amount of NC used being returned to the player.
The new State Mobile 0.9.24 update is out now and includes a lot of content, including a brand new Round Deathmatch game mode. In a new story mission, the player works with Arnie “Mayhem”Kopelson and his gun-dealing biker gang, who have arrived in Troy on Christmas Eve with supplies.

Your Survivor Pass badge information will now be displayed along with your nickname so you can check your Survivor Pass progress at a glance!
- For every 10 levels earned with the Survivor Pass, the pass icon will increase by one level.
- EX: complete levels 1-10 → level 1
- EX: Complete level 41-50 → level 5
- The icon design for the Premium Pass and Premium Plus+ Pass has been changed to a more distinctive design.
The new State Mobile 0.9.24 update introduces a ton of cool stuff, like the new Co-Op Revive/Recruit feature. This means that squads can collectively revive a downed teammate or recruit an enemy teammate, making the process much faster.
As long as 1 team member is still spawning/recruiting, the process will continue to completion. When using the cooperative feature, the progress of the user interface will be displayed on the screen.
