Redmi 10 goes on sale today at 12:00 via Flipkart: price, specifications

Redmi India launched its entry-level smartphone Redmi 10 on the market last week. Just a couple of days ago, the phone debuted as the Redmi 10C in global markets. The phone has a large display and a 50-megapixel camera. It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and a 6000 mAh battery.

Today, Redmi 10 will go on sale in the country for the first time. Let’s take a closer look at the Redmi 10 price, launch offerings, specs and features.

Redmi 10 price and launch offers

The phone will be available in two configurations – 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. The 4GB + 64GB device option costs $144. Whereas, the Redmi 10 6GB + 128GB variant costs $171.

As a starter offer, Redmi India is offering up to $13 discount with HDFC and ICICI cards. The phone will go on sale from 12:00 exclusively through Flipkart and mi.com.

Specifications and features of Redmi 10

The entry-level Redmi phone features a 6.71-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 400 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Under the hood, it has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor paired with an Adreno 610 GPU. The system on a chip comes paired with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. It downloads MIUI 13 based on Android 11.

In terms of optics, the phone offers dual rear cameras including a 50MP main camera. In addition to the high-resolution sensor, a 2MP portrait lens is used. For selfies and video calls, it offers a 5-megapixel camera.

The Redmi device is equipped with a 6000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. However, users will receive a 10W charging adapter in the retail package. It has a Type-C charging port, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Redmi smartphone is available in three color options: Midnight Black, Pacific Blue and Caribbean Green. Its dimensions are 169.59 × 76.56 × 9.13 mm and its weight is 203 grams.
