Redmi 10 Power is now available starting at $196

Earlier this month, Xiaomi launched the Redmi 10A. Along with this, the company has quietly introduced the Redmi 10 Power as its new sub-$196 smartphone. At launch, the company had not announced a sale date for the 10 Power. Xiaomi has announced that Redmi 10 Power is available for sale.

The new budget smartphone comes in a single storage configuration. It has 8 GB of RAM under the hood. The phone also supports 3 GB of virtual RAM. Let’s take a look at the Redmi 10 Power price, sale details, specifications, etc.

Redmi 10 Power hit the shelves and is now available for purchase. The budget smartphone was released with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The new Redmi smartphone, priced under $196, comes in two colors – Sporty Orange and Power Black. The device can be purchased for $195 at Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, Amazon, and retail stores.

The 10 Power is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 SoC under the hood. We have seen the same processor in the Redmi Note 11 and a host of other budget smartphones such as the Moto G52. The 10 Power comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is support for memory expansion using a microSD card up to 512 GB.

The phone has a powerful 6000 mAh battery. It only supports 10W charging out of the box. However, along with the device, users receive an 18W charging block. On the back is a huge square block with a dual camera. The phone has a 50 MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture. Along with that, you get a 2MP portrait sensor. The same square block houses the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner under Redmi branding.

On the front is a 6.7-inch HD+ IPS screen. The phone has a 20:9 aspect ratio and a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 on top of the display. The 10 Power supports the standard 60Hz refresh rate.

For selfies, the device has a 5MP front camera sensor. It comes with support for Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. The phone has one speaker. It runs MIUI 13 based on Android 11 out of the box.
