Apple is reportedly not planning to release a larger screen iMac.

Apple not preparing a 27-inch iMac? This is stated in the new report 9to5Mac.

There were rumors a while back that Apple might have some new powerful Macs in the works. Among them is the successor to the 27-inch iMac with an Intel chip, as well as the Mac Pro. At the same time, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, whose information is often extremely reliable, later said that these machines were delayed until 2023.

Apple not preparing a 27-inch iMac?

Today, according to a new report from 9to5mac, it looks like the Cupertino-based company won’t be updating its 27-inch iMac for a long time to come. The report in question cites multiple sources stating that the Apple brand currently has no plans to release a new big-screen iMac in the near future. These are the same sources that informed the American environment about Mac Studio and Studio Display, two products that have really become a reality.

So says a new report from 9to5Mac

In any case, it would be very disappointing if the 27-inch iMac was no longer on the agenda, as, indeed, the iMac Pro. This will mean that those who want an iMac will either have to opt for the 24-inch model released last year or buy the Studio Display, with its 27-inch screen and 5K resolution, to connect it to a Mac mini or Mac Studio, the latter performance is closer to the Intel model than the Mac mini.

It’s hard to see why the Cupertino company decided to do away with the 27-inch model this way, but if you were hoping to afford one, you might not be able to. In any case, not for long. Case to follow!
