Vivo has launched the X80 Pro. The new Vivo smartphone is the flagship of the company’s latest flagship series of Android smartphones. It includes some of the most hardware like the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, iPhone 13 series, OnePlus 10 Pro and Xiaomi 12 Pro. Like its Android counterparts, the X80 Pro features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood.
The phone also comes with a huge camera island on the back. It features four cameras with customized Zeiss colors and gimbal-like five-axis stabilization. Let’s take a look at the Vivo X80 Pro price, specifications and other details.
Vivo X80 Pro price and specifications
Vivo X80 Pro is the latest flagship Android smartphone released. It comes in one storage variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The cost of the device is $1032. It comes in the only color option, Cosmic Black.
The phone will go on sale starting May 25 at Vivo E-Store, Flipkart and other partner stores. As part of the launch offers, customers with an HDFC bank card can enjoy a discount of Rs 7,000 by pre-booking the X80 Pro.
The X80 Pro features a 6.78-inch QHD+ AMOLED display. The screen has a cutout in the top center for the front camera. It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and also has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The phone comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 4700 mAh battery is packed inside. The device supports 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. In the kit you get an 80W charging adapter.
In terms of cameras, the X80 Pro has four cameras. The main camera of the Samsung GN5 has a resolution of 50 megapixels and f / 1.57 aperture. There is also a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The phone is equipped with a 12-megapixel portrait camera and an 8-megapixel periscope camera with 5x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the X80 Pro has a 32MP front camera. To improve camera performance, the phone also comes with a specially designed ISP V1+.
The device runs Android 12 out of the box and has a Funtouch OS 12 layer on top. It supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G, 4G VoLTE, etc.
