Iqoo Neo 6 was launched today in China as the successor to the latest generation iQoo Neo 5. The phone is currently only launched in China and may end up under a different name, like last year’s Iqoo Neo. 5.
The newly launched iQoo Neo 6 features a 120Hz AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, 80W fast charging, high-quality build, and a 64MP triple rear camera with OIS. The phone is rated to charge from 0 to 30% in just 5 minutes, and a full charge is said to take 30 to 35 minutes. Let’s take a closer look at the specifications and price of the phone.
Iqoo Neo 6: price and availability
The Iqoo Neo 6 based variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM is priced at 2,799 Yuan, the 8GB + 256GB variant is 2,999 Yuan, and the top 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at 3,299 Yuan. Neo 6 will be available in three color options: black, blue and orange.

Iqoo Neo 6 features a 6.62-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The phone supports 120Hz refresh rate, 1200Hz instantaneous touch rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, and 360Hz touch sample rate. The phone is also equipped with an independent display chip, just like the Neo 5. This dedicated display chip is said to provide accurate screen color reproduction, and the display automatically adapts to the environment to provide a better experience in low brightness conditions.
Under the hood of the flagship phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. There are three options available: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB. The phone is also equipped with a VC cooling system that keeps the phone cool while playing games.
In terms of optics, the phone has a 64MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture, a 12MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 2MP portrait lens. On the front of the device, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The rear camera offers optical image stabilization (OIS) and 4K shooting at 60fps.
In addition, the iQoo Neo 6 is powered by a large 4700mAh battery pack with support for 80W fast charging, and in terms of software, the phone runs Android 12-based Origin operating system out of the box. Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speaker setup, dual linear motor for strong vibration, and a noise reduction algorithm. The phone weighs 197 grams and is 8.5mm thick.
