Oppo A76 Launched With Snapdragon 680 SoC, 90Hz HD+ Display: Price, Specs

Oppo has silently launched a new A-series phone in Malaysia. The latest A-series device, the Oppo A76, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and 6GB of RAM. It offers a large display, but only HD+. The phone is equipped with a large 5000mAh battery and supports fast charging.

Oppo A76 is only available in 6GB + 128GB configuration. Its price is 899 ringgit, which is about $213.

Specifications and features of Oppo A76

The A76 features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. There is a notch at the top left of the display that houses the front-facing selfie camera.

The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor and an Adreno 610 GPU. This is the same processor that powers the Redmi Note 11 and Realme 9i and is manufactured using a 6nm process. The A76 has 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM. In addition to 6GB of RAM, it also offers 5GB of virtual memory.

Oppo A76 offers dual rear cameras and LED flash. The main sensor on the device is a 13MP sensor which is accompanied by a 2MP mono sensor. For selfies, it features an 8-megapixel front camera.

The Oppo A76 uses a 5000mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that doubles as a power button. It’s unclear if the phone is equipped with a Type-C or micro-USB charging port.

The Oppo A76 comes in two color options – Glowing Black and Glowing Blue. Its dimensions are 164.4 × 75.7 × 8.39 mm and it weighs 189 grams. Oppo A76 boots ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11.
