Vivo X Fold China launch officially set for April 11, Vivo Pad and Vivo X Note could follow

Vivo has finally announced the launch date for its first foldable smartphone, the Vivo X Fold for the Chinese market. The company may also release its first Android tablet, the Vivo Pad, at the upcoming event. The company has scheduled a presentation for April 11 in China. Along with Vivo X Fold and Vivo Pad, the brand may also bring Vivo X Note to the Chinese market.

Vivo has shared a new teaser video on Weibo, a Chinese microblogging site. A teaser video confirms that the Vivo X Fold will go on sale on April 11 in China. The video says that a novelty for folding smartphones will soon appear.

Vivo X Fold Specifications Leaked

According to the leaks, the Vivo X Fold may come with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ OLED display and a punch-hole notch. The foldable phone is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and a 4600mAh battery. It can support 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

The Vivo X Fold is expected to come in two configurations – 12GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. Previous leaks suggest that the foldable device will be available in three color options – crimson, orange, and blue.

Vivo X Note is also reported to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Other than that, almost nothing is known about Vivo X Note.

Vivo Pad Specifications Leaked

Vivo Pad is said to offer an 11-inch display with 2.5k resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. The tablet could be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 octa-core processor and Adreno 650 GPU. Vivo Pad will offer dual rear cameras as confirmed in the official launch teaser.
