Iqoo 10 Pro will support 200W fast wired charging and 65W wireless charging

Iqoo recently launched the Iqoo 9 series. The company’s current flagship smartphone lineup includes three devices – the Iqoo 9, 9 Pro, and the base 9 SE. It’s been a few months since the company launched its premium smartphone offering. Iqoo has already confirmed that its next flagship series, which can be called the Iqoo 10 series, will feature a faster Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. A new leak has revealed more details about the Iqoo 10 Pro.

The flagship device will sit at the top of the Iqoo 10 series. According to a Digital Chat Station source, the Vivo sub-brand will use the fastest charging technology. Let’s take a look at the specs, features and other details of the Iqoo 10 Pro known so far.

Iqoo 10 Pro Specifications Revealed

Iqoo 10 Pro is expected to launch in the second half of 2022. Ahead of the official launch, information about fast charging of the device has been leaked. Tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the phone will support 200W fast charging out of the box. The charger model number is V200100L0B0-CN.

In addition, the phone will support 65W fast wireless charging. Both charging standards are upgrades to the existing technology offered in the Iqoo 9 Pro. The current flagship smartphone offers 120W fast charging support and 50W wireless charging support. 120W fast charging technology charges a 4700mAh battery in about 19 minutes.

Although the battery capacity of the 10 Pro is unknown, we can expect it to charge the same 4700mAh battery in less than 15 minutes. It would be interesting to see what measures Iqoo takes to ensure that fast charging technology does not adversely affect the health of the phone’s battery and also reduces the heat generated due to high voltage.

As mentioned earlier, the 10 Pro is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The new chipset offers a 10% better GPU and CPU while consuming 30% less power. More details about the phone should appear online soon.
