Oppo has unveiled the Oppo A77 5G as the latest member of the A-series. The all-new Oppo A77 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core chipset, 6GB of RAM and a dual camera on the back. The phone sports an Oppo Glow design that the company says makes it scratch and wear resistant.
A 5000mAh battery, 33W SUPERVOOC charging and a 90Hz display are some of the highlights of the smartphone. Oppo A77 5G Pricing, Availability
The Oppo A77 5G is available in a single 6GB + 128GB storage option for $290. The smartphone is offered in two color options, namely Midnight Black and Ocean Blue. The Oppo A77 5G will go on sale starting June 10 in Thailand via Shopee, JD and Lazada. There is currently no official confirmation from the brand regarding its availability in other markets.

The recently launched Oppo A77 5G measures 163.8 x 75.1 x 7.99mm and features a 6.56-inch 90Hz HD+ display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels, a pixel density of 269 ppi, a maximum brightness of 600 nits and coatings. 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
Oppo’s A-series smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core chipset paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone is available with 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB internal storage. Consumers can further expand the RAM up to 5GB using the virtual memory expansion.
In terms of optics, Oppo has opted for a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP main sensor paired with an f/1.7 lens and a secondary 2MP depth sensor paired with an f/2.4 lens. On the front is an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The smartphone is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The phone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometrics and security. There’s an IPX4 rating for sweat and splash resistance, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB-C port. The phone runs ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 out of the box and weighs 190 grams.
Connectivity options on the Oppo A77 5G phone include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n/, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, and a USB Type-C port. Built-in sensors include a magnetic field sensor, an optical proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor, an accelerometer, a gravity sensor, and a pedometer.
