Lars Wingefors, co-founder and CEO of Embracer Group, said:

Now we are getting even better. I am delighted to welcome a wonderful group of companies led by renowned entrepreneurs into the Embracer family and expand our portfolio with truly remarkable IP rights and franchises. It is encouraging to see that our group has become a natural and preferred customer for creative, growing and profitable gaming and entertainment companies. Several discussions with the companies that joined us went on for more than three years before the stars aligned today, highlighting the importance of a long-term perspective in building our group.
