- Defeat the Kairagi at the seaside and chat with Asakura to start a conversation.

- After you get to the mission point, talk to the Kairagi leader.
- When the Kairagi leader challenges you to fight his subordinates, accept his challenge.
- Defeat Kairagi’s subordinates for the next quest to appear.
