The best item you should use with Traveler is Dendro. No, it’s not because it’s the newest item, but in fact, it has two good reasons that you should consider.
- There are few Dendro characters in the game: there are currently only two Dendro characters in the game, Tignari and Colley. And if Colley can be obtained for free, then Tignari can be obtained only at will. So if you’re low level or don’t have enough help, that means you can’t add the Dendro character to your team. But thanks to the Wanderer’s ability to resonate with other elements, you literally get the Dendro character for free. And it’s not that the Traveler doesn’t work well with Dendro, they get decent abilities to use. Here are the tricks the Traveler can use after resonating with Dendro:
- Foreign Field Cleaver (Normal Attack): The traveler can deal up to 5 normal hits. After charging an attack, they can deliver 2 quick sword slashes.
- Razorweed Blade (Elemental Skill): Allows the Traveler to spray razor-sharp leaves in front of him at an enemy. This attack deals Dendro damage to the target.
- Surgent Manifestation (Elemental Blast): The traveler’s elemental explosion allows them to create Lea’s Lotus Lamp on the target. It constantly affects enemies with Dendro damage that are within its reach. What makes this Elemental Burst better is Lotus Light Transformation. The Lea Lotus lamp undergoes changes upon contact with the following elements:
- Pyro: The lamp explodes and deals AoE Dendro damage to enemies within range.
- Electro: Increases Lamp’s attack speed.
- Hydro: Increases the AoE of the lamp and the AoE of her attacks.
- Elemental Reactions: Dendro can be very useful when you have any Pyro, Electro, or Hydro on your team.
