Sumeru region unlock conditions

  • First, make sure your game is up to date with version 3.0.
  • You need access to the Abyss on the map to get to Sumeru.
  • If you haven’t unlocked The Chasm yet, here are the requirements to unlock and enter the area:
    • Reach adventure rank 28 or higher.
    • Complete Chapter 1: Act 3 (New Star Coming)
    • Complete the World Quest “Secret Shattering of the Seven-Star Seal”.

How to contact Sumeru in Genshin Impact?

  • Now, to get to Sumeru, Dendro Archon’s land, check your quest log and go to the Forest of Change. This will instruct you to find the forest of Avidya.
  • Open your map and find The Chasm.
  • You must travel to the southwest coast of the Abyss, not far from Cinnabar Bluff.
  • To speed up the process, use the location “Statues of the Seven”in the “Abyss”, Liyue and press the “Teleport”button.
