As you can see in the image above, we have two identical weapons. Both are rank 1, rare, and level 302. If you notice, they both also have a base weapon power effect of +622. But what makes these two weapons different is their quality and bonus effect. Weapons with Quality 43 have an additional damage of +1.29%. And weapons with Quality 38 have an additional damage of 1.14%.
