There are several ways to get the SSR Selector in the game and here is how you can get it. After you have completed your first call, you will receive a reward icon in the upper right corner of the screen. From there, go through the Rookie Event. Complete the Challenges in this Event and score 700 Points. This unlocks the guaranteed SSR selector.
How to get free SSR in TOF
As I mentioned above, the SSR selector will give you the SSR character. You can get it for free by completing the 21-Day Rookie Event. Another way to get a free SSR character is to summon one. By your 30th call, you will receive a guaranteed SSR. After that, you are guaranteed another SSR on your 80th call. Therefore, I recommend that you do not use the free SSR selector until you have obtained these two SSR Summon.
