How to Cleanse, Destroy and Stop Decay in Wither Zones in Genshin Impact

You will encounter wither zones as soon as you collect lotus plants for Tignari, the forest ranger. Two rangers will come to your group who are looking for help. When you get to the place, you will notice that nearby plants are withering. Similar to plants, your team will also receive a severe Decay debuff when you enter the wither zone. Here’s how to stop decay in the wither zone:

How to Stop Decay in the Wither Zone

Decay is displayed as a red indicator above the health bar.
Its effects will reduce all Elemental RES, Physical RES, and your team member’s maximum health.
The Decay counter will increase as more withered creatures attack and hit you.
You need to find and summon the Dendrogranna to destroy the branches and stop the decay.
When you get these plants, you will be able to destroy the Withering Branches.
Once you have the Dendrogranna, you can use Charged or Aimed Shots to destroy the Withering Branches.

But when you do that, the enemies around the zone will spawn and increase in number.
You need to defeat all these enemies in order to destroy the wither tumor in the middle, which is the source of these enemies.
If you don’t use the Dendogranna, you won’t be able to damage or defeat these withered creatures.
Alternatively, you can use a character that has Dendro’s abilities. But other than that, it won’t work.
After you have defeated these enemies, you need to interact with the wither tumor.
