To get this sword, you must be level 1350 or higher. This is because you need to unlock the Ice Castle in the Second Sea to get the Sword of Rengoku. After that, head to the Ice Castle where you will face the Awakened Ice Admiral boss which is at level 1400. Then defeat him so he will drop the Hidden Key. Also, be aware that there is a 5% chance that he will drop the hidden key. Fight him over and over until he drops the key. Later, when you get the hidden key, just enter the room to the right of the stairs. In doing so, you will find a chest that can be opened with a hidden key. You will then receive the Rengoku Sword at Blox Fruits.
