The Oven is a utility item that can be crafted in Grounded. You can smelt many items to get balls, jewels and nuggets. You can unlock the oven in the Grounding game by purchasing advanced production buildings from BURG.L, your robot ally. Purchasing advanced production buildings is unlocked when you can get the BURG.L Haze Chip at the end of the Haze Lab and give it to BURG.L. Once you do that, you will unlock the oven recipe along with the mushroom brick and mushroom slurry recipes. Here’s how you can unlock the oven in Grounded.
Now gather 10 Clay, 4 EverChar and 4 Boiling Glands to create a Furnace. You can get EverChar coal chunks from the BBQ Spill biome in the backyard. Your oven is now ready to craft the materials you will need to survive in this microcosm. The oven is also the only work station where you can create Mushroom Bricks and Broodmother BLT. It will produce items on its own as soon as you put materials into it.
