What is the best armor in Grounded
In my opinion, you need to equip the right armor according to your play style and progress. While some armor might be good for the early game, some might be good for the endgame. So, we have divided these criteria into three sections:
- Best early game armor
- Best mid game armor
- Best Endgame Armor
Best early game armor
To start the game, you can create a set of armor “Clover”or “Acorn”. Here are all the ingredients needed to craft the Clover Armor set and its bonus:
- Clover Hood: x4 Clover Leaves and 1 Raw Rope.
- Poncho: x6 Clover Leaf and x3 Coarse Rope
- Shin protection: 3 clover leaves, 2 raw ropes and 2 twigs.
- Bonus: wet
Here are the ingredients needed to craft the Acorn Armor set and its added bonus:
- Acorn Face Mask: x1 Acorn Shell, x5 Mite Down, and x3 Raw Rope.
- Breastplate: x3 Acorn Shells, x6 Clover Leaves, and x4 Coarse Rope.
- Leg Plates: x2 Acorn Shell, x4 Resin, and x4 Raw Rope.
- Bonus: Unhackable
Best mid game armor to equip
The Ladybug, Spider, and Koi Scale armor sets are best crafted in the mid game. So, here are the ingredients needed to craft the Ladybug Armor Set and its bonus:
- Ladybug Faceplate: x1 Ladybug Head, x2 Ladybug Part, and x3 Berry Skin.
- Bib: 2 flower petals, 4 ladybug parts and 4 berry skin.
- Shin Guard: x5 Ladybug Part, x4 Berry Skin, x4 Flower Petal.
- Bonus: Scarlet Embrace
Here are all the ingredients needed to craft the spider armor set and its bonus:
- Spider Hood: 2 Spider Fangs, 3 Spider Pieces, and 2 Berry Skins.
- Shoulder Guard: Spider Piece x5, Berry Skin x3 and Silk Rope x4.
- Knee Pads: Spider Piece x4, Berry Skin x2, and Silk Rope x4.
- Bonus: Hunter Prowess
Listed below are all the ingredients needed to craft the Koi Scale Armor set and its bonus:
- Koi Scale Helm: 2 Koi fish scales, 2 eelgrass threads, 2 lily wax and 3 silk ropes.
- Breastplate: x5 koi fish scale, x3 eelgrass thread, x3 water lily wax and x2 sunken bone.
- Scaled Greaves: 3 koi fish scales, 2 eelgrass threads, 2 water lily waxes, and 3 sunken bones.
- Bonus: Dazzling Strike Back
Best endgame armor in Grounded
Finally, for the final part, the Mask of the Demon Mother would be a suitable choice. This is one of the best tier 3 armors. You can craft this head armor using x1 Mother Pond’s Fang, x3 Mother Pond’s Piece, and x10 Silk Ropes. This armor has the highest defense rating and a poison coating bonus that can deal heavy damage to your enemies.
