Hot teasers of The Idol
Amy Seimetz (Girlfriend, Atlanta, She Dies Tomorrow, The Sun Don’t Shine) will direct all six episodes of Idol and will also serve as an executive producer.
Joe Epstein is a showrunner and writer for an HBO drama series. Sam Levinson, Abel “The Weeknd”Tesfaye & Reza Fahim, Joe Epstein, Kevin Touraine, Nick Hall, Sarah E. White, Ashley Levinson, Kevin Touraine, Aaron L. Gilbert of Bron Studios serve as executive producers. Mary Laws writes and co-produces Idol. Note that The Weeknd’s manager Wassim “SAL”Slaby and La Mar’s creative director S. Taylor are also co-executive producers.
Scheduled for 2023, Idol will have six episodes.
