How to find Berry Skin in Grounded

Grounded is an exploratory survival game in which players are reduced to the size of an ant and offer a unique experience similar to the 90s movie Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. The game that was in early access is now fully released so you can immerse yourself in the world of bugs, insects and arachnids of all kinds. In the pursuit of survival in your backyard garden, you must find shelter, hunt for food, and gather all sorts of resources. One such resource is berry skin, which is used to make armor and padding to increase protection. This is necessary to progress in the game. So, in this guide, we are going to show you how to get berry skin in Grounded.

How to get Berry Skin in Grounded

To get Berry Skin, you first need to unlock the Berry Skin Recipe by examining or analyzing a Berry Piece in the Lab. You can get berry pieces by breaking blue berries in the game. Berries can sometimes be found lying in an area in the southeastern part of the map covered in berry trees.

Once you discover the berry skin recipe, you can start growing berries for berry slices. You need three of these pieces to make one berry skin. When you find a berry tree, you may need to knock some blue berries off the tree. You can do this with a bow and arrows or by shooting a bunch of pebbles at them. If you can’t find any of them, you can also climb a tree to get them. Once you have enough Berry Pieces for your requirements, you can head to any workbench to get Berry Skin. You can now use this to craft defensive gear and armor like the ladybug breastplate and spider hood.

An important thing to remember when looking for berries in the Berry Trees area is that the area is infested with hostile mobs such as Bombardier Beetles and Orb Weavers in the trees. Therefore, you must be careful when exploring this part of the map and carry a weapon with you in case you are attacked.

That’s all you need to know about how to find Berry Skin in Grounded.
