- Southern Province (Area 1): In this area, head to the Los Platos Pokémon Center first. Once you get there, continue moving towards the southeastern part of the area. Or just head to the area marked on the map above. Once you get there, look for a small cliff overlooking the ocean. Then go down the cliff and next to the tree you will find the TM you are looking for.
- Eastern Province (Area 3): In this area, first go to the Watchtower, then continue heading northeast until you see a cliff overlooking the Pokémon Center above Levincia City. When you have all the necessary materials, go to the nearest TM workbench and start crafting. This TM has a power of 65, an accuracy of 100, and a 10% chance of confusion.
