There is much more to do in this game than follow the main storyline. You can complete Favor quests and explore the environment to get useful resources. All troll locations in God of War Ragnarok
Trolls are statues of monsters that can be awakened with the help of a Mystic Relic. Make sure you have a mystical relic before you go looking for these creatures in this game. Although, here are the places where you can find trolls in GoW Ragnarok:
The first location of the trolls in GoW Ragnarok (Blodugr Steinn)

Located near the southwestern part of the Lake of Nine in Midgard. To be more specific, you can find this troll in an abandoned outpost.
The second and third locations of the trolls (Golrab from the ashes and Golrab from the frost)

Both of these trolls in GoW Ragnarok are in the same place. Travel to the east side of the River Delta at Noatun’s Garden in Vanaheim. Both of these stone trolls are located at the corners of the gate in this area.
The fourth location of the trolls (Bjarg Stormr)

This stone troll can be found in the southwestern part of the Forgotten Sands in Alfheim. Be sure to check all the ledges around the Burrow as he is on one of them.
