Ugreen is a Chinese consumer electronics brand that designs and manufactures quality USB-C accessories such as chargers, hubs, and more. On October 27, 2022, the company introduced its latest addition to the line: the Nexode USB-C 12-in-1 Dock. Yes, this thing adds 12 ports to your laptop through a single USB-C connection.
With two HDMI video connectors and one DisplayPort, this dock supports up to three external displays: two with 4K 60Hz output and one with 8K 30Hz output on Windows or 4K 60Hz on macOS. All three video ports support mirroring to three external displays.
In addition to several varieties of USB-C ports for data transfer, this accessory features a convenient Ethernet port that can be used to connect your laptop to your router via a more reliable and faster wired connection.
The accessory delivers 100W of power to the host device and looks great on your desk with its aluminum barrel design. All ports are on the back, with the exception of two USB ports, two memory card slots, and one headphone jack, all of which are conveniently located on the front for easy access.

Works on Mac and Windows laptops
The Ugreen 12-in-1 Dock is compatible with macOS (including Apple silicon computers) and Windows. Linux is not currently supported.
This is a plug-in accessory, although some features may require additional software. For example, Ugreen recommends using Sunaptics DisplayLink software for media display functionality and network port compatibility.
