Spend time with confidants
Some confidants can increase their Charisma score when you spend time with them. This includes Toranosuke Yoshida, Confidant of the Sun, and Ichiko Ohya, Confidant of the Devil. You can meet Yoshida if you work twice in the evenings at the Beef Bowl store. You can unlock his Confidant by helping him. Then he will start inviting you to his performances. Spending time with him will give you a Charm score of +3 each time.
Speaking of Ichiko, you can meet her at the Crossroads bar in Shinjuku in the evenings. You can unlock her Confidant when you talk to her. Like Toranosuke, you will gain +3 to your Charisma score every time you spend time with her.
At school
