Both of them are legendary Pokemon, so the clash with them closer to the final is quite logical. While you can find Miraidon in a purple version, Corydon is available in a scarlet version. However, they will be found in the same place in Paldea.

But before we go there, you don’t have to catch Miraidon and Corydon in Pokemon Scarlet Violet, as you’ll get them eventually. Although you first unlock them during the Prologue, you can unlock them for battle after clearing the Crater area.

If you still intend to find and capture Miraidon and Corydon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, you can follow the path below:

  • You need to go to the bottom of the crater. So go to the entrance near the third zone of the Western Province.
  • Now you need to get inside and once you get the chance, head to Research Station #4.
  • After that, you will appear below and can enter the cave.
  • Make sure you have a Pokémon that you can fly, then go straight ahead and turn right. You will have to jump lower, but you will be fine.
  • Be sure to save your game before you fight Miraidon or Corydon in Pokemon SV. Now all that’s left is to fight.

Is it possible to trade Corydon and Miraydon in SV?

Yes, you can trade these two Legendary Pokémon. Also, since they are exclusive to their versions, trading is the only way a Pokemon Scarlet player can get Miraidon. The opposite applies here for Koraidon.

That’s all there is on Miraidon and Corydon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. While you’re here, be sure to check out our Scarlet and Violet guides.
