While players are enjoying the campaign along with a few of their favorite characters, CoD has come up with a huge surprise. Modern Warfare 2 released one of the best cutscenes in the franchise. The beloved Ghost character, also known as Simon Riley, finally has a face in MW2, and players are wondering what he looks like under the mask.
Ghost has been one of the most famous and iconic characters in Call of Duty. However, his face was one of the best-kept secrets in Modern Warfare 2. For years, players have been wondering who Simon Riley is, and many have been waiting for the day they can finally see the man behind the mask.
What does the Ghost face look like in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?
While the Illusive Man has shown a face in Modern Warfare 2, it’s not in the public eye. In a cutscene before the Ghost Team mission, he shows his face in front of Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros. So, if you’ve been looking forward to seeing the Phantom’s face in MW2, it won’t be revealed publicly at the moment.
However, this is what we can tell about his appearance from the cutscene. Ghost is a Caucasian male with brown hair. His eyes also appear to be brownish, and the fake black tan around them works as camouflage.
When his face is revealed, Price greets him with “Good to see you again, Simon”, while acknowledging his dual identity. One for Simon Riley and one for the cool Ghost character.
While players are still left disappointed even after the revelation of the Ghost’s half-face in MW2, Ghost’s VA Samuel Rowkin posted a photo on Twitter with the caption of the man behind the mask. This seems to be all we’ll get for Ghost.
