The live-action film aimed to westernize the premise of a teenage boy and girl swapping bodies amid a natural disaster. While it’s not clear if Carlos López Estrada would work on the same idea, she was to follow a young Native American woman living in the countryside and a young Chicago man who discover that they magically switch bodies periodically. When disaster threatens to destroy their lives, they must go to meet each other and save their worlds.
