Atomic Heart has many gameplay elements and mechanics for players to discover. But of all, Skills are the most important and valuable aspect of combat. As you progress, you will have to learn and gain new skills to deal more damage. These skills can help Sergei deal more damage to enemy robots. How to Equip Atomic Heart Skills
You can equip skills by unlocking the NORA vending machine or by upgrading the stalls in the game. You open and meet this car as you progress through the main storyline to find Viktor Petrov. After you have defeated the VOV-A6/CH LAB TECH enemy boss, you need to pick the lock to open the door. You then need to go through a narrow lane to get to NORA’s car. As soon as you get close to the car, press the suggested key combination or control to interact with it.
Now, here’s how you can buy, craft, or equip skills:
- When you interact with a NORA machine, you will be prompted to go to the “Skills”menu section.
- From there, you can choose a skill and spend the available Nuropolymer to buy it.
- You can get the Neuropolymer by collecting it from chests or by defeating certain enemies and bosses.
- If this is your first time interacting with NORA, you can purchase the Shok ability for free.
- As you progress through the game, you will unlock more skills or abilities. In the meantime, select the Shock skill as your gauntlet, Charles Les, suggests.
- Once you’re done with choosing skills, the machine will prompt you with a creation screen.
- Here you can create, improve and store / dismantle your weapons.
- In addition to that, you can also equip weapon ammo for elemental buffs. Or you can upgrade your weapons with different attack levels.
Please note that you can only equip skills by interacting with the NORA box and the upgrade machine. But be careful with this vending machine as it can be very obscene.
